**Our cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If you are not planning to serve the cake the same day you pick it up, the cake can be stored in the fridge. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, it is recommended to remove the cake from the fridge at least 1 - 2 hours prior to enjoyment to ensure the cake is soft and the buttercream/filling is deliciously creamy. This cake will also freeze well.
